1. Track your order on Gossby website
You can simply track your order and see all the order information from Gossby website at Track order page.
First, go to Track order page on Gossby website.
After that, put in the Email address (the one that was used to place your order) & the order ID
By clicking the Track order button, an Order detail page will show up like below:
2. Track your order from your order confirmation email
When you placed an order successfully, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. On the email, find the Manage or Track order button at the end and access the Order Detail page from there.
3. Find tracking links directly on your fulfillment email
When we start to ship your package and a tracking number is generated, we will send you an email with the title Order #GB** fulfilled.
The tracking number can be found in the email. Click it and you will be redirected to the courier website to see tracking details.
4. View order status on your Gossby Account
We recently launched the Gossby Account system that allows you to easily track your old purchases and those processing orders.
