If you are new to Gossby, you might find the step of customizing an order a little bit confusing sometimes with many options.

No worries! Just follow our instructions in the video below:

• On the product page, you will see various customization options, such as the name, hair color, quote, and other options depending on the product you choose. Select the options that you prefer for the characters. 

• Once you have completed the customization, you can preview your design by clicking the "Preview" button

• If you see the design is fine, click the "Add to cart" button to complete placing your order.

If you click the "Preview" button, you can't see any of your personalized previews on your end.

Please double - check to make sure all design requirements are completed. The notification "Option is required" will let you know which design option you might miss it.

For UPLOAD PHOTO products, you will not see your preview right away. Please complete the design requirements and checkout as normal. After that, our design team will check and make the design based on your photo in the best looking for you.

If you want to order more than 1 item with different design, please "Add to cart" to save the first item/design. Then click on the Product link on the Cart to continue customizing another design, then add to cart for the next one.
