Do you want to buy a favorite item again but don't want to spend hours recreating the perfect personalized design? No worries! With Gossby Account, you can buy old items again in just a minute.
Please note that your previous order information will only be saved if you had a Gossby Account before placing the order.
Here's how:
Login to your Gossby Account. Check this article if you aren't sure how to access your account.
Go to My Purchases settings:
Under each archived order, click on this "Buy It Again" button to add the order again to your current cart:
After that, you will be directed to your cart. The items you've added again will have the same designs as the previous order.
If you want to change any design option, click on the product name to go back to the product page and make the changes there.
Click the minus (-) icon next to the quantity amount if you want to adjust the quantity of the new order.
Please note that if you're unable to place new orders with old items, it could be because the products or designs aren't available in your location anymore. To be sure, please chat with our agents and provide your location so we can double-check for you.
